Heather A. Tovar

Heather A. Tovar brings two decades of legal experience to Adina T. Stern, APLC. She earned her Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from Tulane University. Prior to entering law school, Ms. Tovar worked in the mental health industry helping individuals with severe mental disorders reintegrate into society. Her diverse educational and professional background enables her to contribute a unique perspective to the team.

Ms. Tovar’s practice focuses on business law, real property litigation, and employment law. Over the years, she has also expanded her work to include equine law, unlawful detainer actions, construction defect cases, and general civil litigation. She is deeply committed to advocating for my clients and continuously building on my legal knowledge.

Throughout her career, Ms. Tovar has gained valuable insights from working with boutique law firms and engaging in specialized contract work. This experience has equipped her to handle complex legal challenges effectively. She is familiar with navigating business and real property litigation and has managed high-stakes legal matters with efficiency and care.
